1. Make a list of things to talk to your doctor about. Pick the top three that are most important. Give these to your doctor.

2. Also make a list of what has changed since your last visit. Bring another person to help you remember important information.

3. Bring a notebook and pen to take notes.

4. Bring all of your medicines and vitamins that you take.

5. Be open. Your doctor might have suggestions or things to try.
